• Voice samples and audio recordings
• AI-cloned voices and synthetic speech
• Music, sound effects, and voice-modified audio
• Scripts, prompts, and generated outputs

CloneVoice.ai does not review, approve, verify, monitor, or endorse user-generated content and assumes no responsibility or liability for such content.

2. Voice Cloning & Consent

Voice cloning and voice transformation features carry legal, ethical, and regulatory obligations. By using these features, you represent and warrant that:

• You have obtained explicit, informed consent from the individual whose voice is being cloned; or
• You are legally authorized to use and replicate the voice (including your own voice).

CloneVoice.ai expressly disclaims any liability arising from unauthorized voice cloning, impersonation, deepfake creation, deception, fraud, or violation of publicity, privacy, or intellectual property rights.

3. No Professional, Legal, or Financial Advice

Content generated through CloneVoice.ai is provided for informational and creative purposes only and does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, legality, and suitability of all outputs before use.

4. AI Limitations

Due to the nature of artificial intelligence and machine learning:

• Generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or offensive
• Outputs are not guaranteed to be unique
• Outputs may unintentionally resemble existing works or voices

• Third-party service availability or interruptions

• Loss of access caused by third-party actions

6. DMCA & Repeat Infringer Policy

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who are determined, in our sole discretion, to be repeat infringers, without notice or refund.

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CloneVoice.ai and its owners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

9. No Monitoring Obligation

CloneVoice.ai has no obligation to monitor, moderate, or pre-screen user content. Enforcement actions are discretionary and do not create any duty or liability on our part.
